The First National Bank of Valentine's mission is to exceed the service expectations of our customers and be their financial institution of choice.
The Bank was chartered in 1884 as a state bank, Bank of Valentine. It was organized by a Chicago Investor, Charles Cornell, as one of the first four Valentine businesses and the only bank, and served as the economic engine to start the town of Valentine, also founded in 1884. The Bank was granted a national charter in 1902 and became the First National Bank of Valentine, which it has remained since. |
